Hi there,
Got an iphone5 here which had broken touch tracks due to a too long screw from LCD metal bracket.
Repaired the tracks but touch is not working.
I get 15ohm reading at C370, so vcore pin from u12 is short.
Anyone knows how to remove u12 Along with hot air – temperatures e.g. ?

    Well, could be.
    I think there is a high risk to rip of a pad because of the glue.
    Should really purchase one in the near future.

    Iphone motherboard is very hard do it becouse glue special very hard to remove.If you make big temperature than you remove pads or another ic like baseband ic.Than logic bord is finish working.MF70 make all ic olso samsung lg nokia.Is the future.Special thanks to Modena from Turkey.
