Grand prime +
phone have pattern lock issue
tried vol + – home- power on
but no working
is any special method for it ?
want hard -reset

    Keep more time the buttons pressed.
    rnIn the G532m is the same.
    rnTry many times and keep always the buttons pressed, dont release.

    in this case u want full flash file but flash only user data Along with z3x and pattern will be removed.

    volume down button not working- hardware problem change new volume down button tested,

    you can try z3x box ..connect usb cable and open z3x..reboot to recovery

    He he lool. Need to adb on first, if phone have pin lock in this case how to reboot recovery title=confusedtitle=confusedtitle=confusedtitle=confused
