   thats happen to me
   1st u must flash it by sp flash
   then u can update it by dload files if u want

   HUAWEI-G610-U20_V100R001C00B110(for_FlashTool).rar

   There are two differnt kinds of G610-U20 like G610-U20-V100R001(C96)B116 and HUAWEI-G610-U20_V100R001(C00)B110 that could be the difference. A_1st suggested first flash Along with sp flash tool and then flsah Along with other (C00) file. Good Luck
