I will Pay $10 for help recover pics off I9000 – samsung issues , and now fuzzy hardware strange problem

mt8s, daughter was messing Along with his I9000 and now its asking for Google account he doesnt remember the account he used.
Im guessing I can get into the phone by wiping catch and factory reset but he wants the pics and video of from it.

I dont know if USB debug is enabled I dont believe its rooted either.

Any way I can do this.

Ive tried the tips on you tube like ringing the phone and sliding down the top menu it doesnt work.
When plugged into computer the computer see the modem in devices but nothing showing up for storage.
$10 Dollars for anyone that to be helpeds me retrieve the pics and video clips from it.
