Ipad 4 charging solution please HELP – bundle of problems ! old iphone set issue solution

i have an ipad 4 not charging but Along with a freshly charged battery it works
does anyone know what to check for?
i have changed dock connector kindly tell me where to check for voltage points.

same problem here—I have a stack of four iPad 4th generation that all have either fake charging or no charging. They will sometimes detect usb Along with original cord on a mac, other times not. If I lift off battery connector to reset it will detect charger, then fake charging.
One iPad will auto power on after red slider shut off.
This SOUNDS like the iPhone 5 U2 chip failure—has anyone seen this in the iPad 4? Where is the usb charging logic ic—is it the same chip as iPhone 5?
