kindly to be helped, it would be normal if I replace it Along with a new battery, but will not charge the battery when the battery drain out again.

    change battery Along with the same APN check, check battery conector

    I had this problem to ipad mini and it was a a black resistor 0 ohms near battery connector. Mine was broken, I soldered and its ok now.
