iPhone 4 Baseband Flash & CPU Mismatch stuck with problem problem in cellphone

Hello every one…

Ive bought 10 pcs of iPhone 4 logic boards (all in terrible condition, but managed to get them working, such as turns on etc), all Along with unsoldered BB flash & BB CPU ICs…
The ICs came in a zip bag (lol), but the guy assured me, theyre all from the particular logic boards…

NOW the problem is, I dont know which flash belongs to matching CPU…

Ive tried 3 pairs so far ( matched them by color, as some ICs are darker, some more greenish etc. ) but no luck…
When Ive connected all boards to itunes, got an error saying theres a problem Along with your iphone…
Also checked serial numbers in redsn0w, but it shows BasebandStatus:NoTelephonyCapabilty and obviously no imei, wifi or bluetooth (however it shows serial number) & the same thing in phone when jailbreaked…

When checked BB voltages theyre all OK, except L2_RF, which I know should be 1.1V then goes to 0V & then back to 1.1V when phone starts, however on my boards Ive got 1.3V all the time…

My questions are:

-Is it a normal behavior of BB CPU (I mean that voltage) when serial numbers are mismatched or theres wrong something else?
-Is there any way to match BB flash & CPU by some method or by numbers written on chips?
-Also why the IMEI and BB serials dont show in redsn0w, even if the ICs are mismatched, the phone should read them anyway???

I would be really glad, if I fix 3 or 4 logic boards from the lot…

ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED, THX…
