iphone 4 baseband piece deleted – iphone , Assistance needed hardware strange problem

Skyworks SKY77541 GSM/GRPS Front End Module i get this piece from iphone 4 motherboard is not placed when i open the iphone i get it in my hand before i opened the iphone i get searching then no service everytime… !!! ???
