Anyone knows what is error 4014?
Trying to restore to the latest IPSW iOS (No tiny umbrelaa etc, all clean).

I tried different computers.
Replaced Charging dock + cable + battery.

Any other idea?

    I solved simply:
    bga solder the baseband and memories.
    works 100%

    do you actually remove the ics and then re-solder? having same problem…new to logic boards, what is baseband?

    iphone 4 doesnt have baseband chip, imei is under cpu… and if you try to reball cpu youll surely ends up to unusabled bricked phone, because there is much resin under cpu. First of all check voltages on capacitors near pmu and also check unductors near doc connector. Reballing is the very last chanche, do it only if you dont have others thing to do
