iPhone 4s charge jumper fix – takes a LONG time to charge – iphone , badly help needed looking help anybody

I have an iPhone 4s which had water damage and would not charge. Firstly, i replaced the dock connector so that it would show up in itunes but it was fake charging.

I installed the fake charge jumper from c225 to c92 as shown in another thread

After this, i have been able to charge the phone, but it takes a really long time, less than 10% per hour! Is this normal after the jumper fix or do i have other issues…?
