This phone is factory unlocked (itunes shows the CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR IPHONE IS UNLOCKED), but phone is always showing No Service. Any solutions?

    find my phone/icloud?

    try to restore latest fw by itunes

    No icloud
    I restored to ios8, still No Service

    Try other sim card, maybe chip problem.

    maybe its blacklisted
