Iphone 5 black lcd problem – iphone , badly help needed malfunctioning or other issue help please

Today i face a problem Along with iphone 5
Phone come Along with water damage problem
phone working well but after some phone auto switched off
so i just open phone or clean Along with thinner
and now phone not turning on only vibrate again and again
so i restore phone Along with latest ios and now phone connected Along with pc well
but nothing on lcd
kindly tell me what to do
