iPhone 5 Computer cant recognize the phone – is this iphone problem , and strang hardware issue

Hi, i got an iphone 5 Along with this rare problem, i was restoring the phone, after that he show me an error (dont remember what error) after that i disconnect the phone then i reconnect it, but i got a problem that my computer or ANY computer that i test it doesnt recognize the phone…. and always showing me the error that cant recognize this or cant install this usb device

I google the problem and cant find a solution, i exchange the mainboard to a good iphone 5 to check if flex problems, but is not the flex problem, i think that and IC is damage, so if someone have this same issue, and have a solution kindly to be helped.

the phone was screen borken and also fall from a car.
