Hey i have a iPhone 5 Along with iTunes logo


I have tried to restore the new ios but in the half its stopped

Along with error 16 , i have changed battery and dock connector

I have clean the logicboard.

Have anyone here solution for me?

    you can change PC/ cable its better try Along with mac .if not to be helpeded i hope others to be helped u

    I have restore on windows and mac Along with two differents usb cable still the same error, by 50% stopped Along with error 16

    same thing going on here. error 16 on both iOS 8.1 and now still same on iOS 8.1.1

    This was a phone that came in for standard U3 pry damage repair. I have changed dock/battery and there is no visible damage on the board.

    Error 16 on restore.

    hopefully we cant to be helped you have same problem but i fixed ,
    first check iTunes updated 12.0.1 also firmware 8.1.1
    second software updated for using laptop or pc,
    three try to another laptop or pc,
