Iphone 5 reboot at Apple Logo – lot of problems ! its some previous iphone pone

i got a Iphone 5 Along with water Damage.

After cleanig i got hot U7 an no starting.

Under Microskop i see 2 Komponets missing.

C318 and C264

After cleanig this Arear the iPhone reboots Along with Aplle logo.

What can i do.
