iphone 5 turn on at its own – iphone mobile hardware strange problem

as title said it all i have a iphone 5 i think logic board have shortage and its drain battery quickly and after draining battery the phone doesnt turn on unless change new battery all volume on/off charging flexes i already changed but prob is still same what i should do next
