iphone 5c vertical red lines after screen repalcement – need accurate way for iphone issue solution

My daughter replaced the screen Along with a kit purchased online but only see vertical red lines upon powering up.

I am trying to source out whether this is fixable as she cannot afford a costly repair 🙁

Suggestions?

PS I cant seem to upload the photo I took of the screen. It is a jpeg and well Along within the max file size….
