iphone5 display section short – iphone problem , and strang problem

iphone5 board short…
it connects Along with i tunes sometimes n makes charging sound..
it happened when i turn the flash on n it remains on untill display blacken n flash light is on untill battery discharged..
now the flash light shorts the display section on the mother board..
is there any solution to fix the display section of it..
or replaces its IC..
