We are surrounded by multinational company and their products so they are playing pivotal role in our lives as we are dependent on them .The effects of multinational companies on quality of life is debatable. In some countries people think increased diversity in these products seems to have drastic adverse effects on quality of life. This essay will ways of damaging the quality of our life
One of the major impacts of ever growing industries has increased toxic wastes produced during the manufacturing process. Installation of these multinational industries near crop fields has directly affected the quality and quantity of yield. Unfortunately, the untreated and toxic chemicals produced by these industrial plants are often released directly into streams and rivers which is later absorbed by various crops and results in high concentration of heavy metals like arsenic and mercury which have been proved to be a major cause of cancer (marine life is also destroying). Undoubtedly, the increasing number of industries that being set up are contributing to an enormous amount of poisonous waste is directly affecting our health.
It has greatly impacted our health due to products produced by these multinational companies for example processed food. In recent times, the popularity of processed foods has increased exponentially as it is convenient and time . Although it is quite evident that processed foods not only failed to provide essential vitamins and minerals but they also effect the growth hormones in young children along with promoting obesity. Consequently increasing dependence of people on these package foods is declining the health and overall quality of life
This essay discussed by the trend of multinational products being more and more common is damaging quality of life. In my opinion, I completely agree with this and some extreme majors should be taken to minimize the harmful effects caused by these products
