Problem with j337u can’t make call, shows error: Call not sent

Hi, i have a j337u and when i try to make a call only shows an error saying Call not sent even when it shows carrier name on the notification bar and full signal bars.

Any to be helped?

    Found a way to get phone working. Factory Reset phone. when it loads setup, go through setup but don’t connect to wifi. Enable usb debugging. KnoxGuard Unlock. Then connect to internet. App should be disabled.

    nThis should Work.

    I used Chimera to perform the Knoxguard unlock.
