nP.s: I recommend if you have not already tried if you have another PC try to install the z3x program to see if the smartcard is not damaged or if you have another smartcard reader insert the z3x smartcard by removing it from the box and putting it in the smartcard reader to see if the smartcard is damaged or the box that has a hardware problem.
