Hi there


Thanks for reading my thread. I have replaced the screen on iPhone 5S, now it displays NO SIM. SIM was read perfectly fine before, I powered the phone off before disconnecting the battery, IMEI is still there. I have tried a restore, still the same.

All 6 gold contacts on SIM Reader are visible, I havent even touched the board I just replaced LCD.

Any suggestions? Tried different SIMs already, SIM Reader doesnt appear to be damaged

    Hi but Along with old display broken work good your iphone 5s? after change lcd try to fix time and date Along with itunes !

    Try turning airplane mode on and then back off.

    try to set time and date and restart your device or sync Along with itune and restart

    I got the same problem. Phone wants restart to read sim. Doesnt detect when sim card is removed.
