S4 network dropping – full of issue ! old samsung set issue solution

S4 I9505 can make and receive calls but often it drops network (network not available) when plugged into usb port on computer after a while you can here it drop the port then return then drop again then the phone might freeze.
Seems a hardware issue any one any ideas how to fix this.
