Samsung N920t strange charging problem :(

Hello,
Phone working good ,signal ,charging etc
But when tried to charge it in power off mode
Phone restart in recovery mode instead of start charging
If i plug out charger and select reboot
Phone reboot and working normal.
So ,how to fix it (want charging in power off mode ).
