Very week WiFi-Signal on iPhone 4 – looking for solution of bundle of problems ! old iphone set

I got an iPhone Along with a very week WiFi-Signal. I cant figure out where the problem is. WiFi Chips seems to be ok because I got WiFi when Im very close to the access point.

It seems like the antenna is bad. But Ive already tried everything like:

– changing WiFi-Antenna
– thighten the screw at the WiFi-Antenna
– changing the cage/housing
– testing the connections from Antenna

What could be the problem? It was working before and suddenly it stopped. I dont no why..
